Wise Technology was formed in 1990 to provide custom research and design, scientific investigation and problem solving. The organization was founded by James C.L. Beene after years of scientific activities in the nuclear industry and private consulting in many and various areas of product design and development. Wise Technology operates as an associate group bringing aboard professionals and skilled engineers as needed to complete any project. At the present time, the effort of Wise Technology is the presentation of many of the scientific efforts that have occurred over the years.
